1. Apologies – With explanations.

2. Declarations of Interests – Members to declare any interest under the following categories: pecuniary, outside bodies and family, friend or close associate.

3. Public Participation – Where members of the public may raise matters relating the Cemetery.

4. Appointment of Clerk 
a) To confirm the appointment of the Committee Clerk.

b) To confirm Clerk as signatory to Committee bank account.

5. Minutes – To approve the minutes of the meeting held 14th January 2025.

6. Terms of Reference – To consider Committee terms of reference.

7. Maintenance & Tree Works 
a) To confirm maintenance contract 2025-2026.
b) To note outcome of tree survey and receive update regarding required tree works.

8. Accounts & payments 
a) To approved accounts and payments to date.
b) To consider any outstanding invoices.
c) To receive update regarding loan and agree any future actions.
d) To confirm delegation of authority to allow payment of invoices.
e) To receive update regarding CW&C grant application.
f) To receive update regarding audit regulations.
g) To review budget 2025-2026.

9. Risk Assessment – To consider draft risk assessment

10. Pre-purchase of Graves -To consider allocation of pre-purchased graves on a next available at the time of burial basis.

11. Promotion of cemetery – To consider means of promoting Cemetery in the community inc: signage, publicity and events.

12. Future Meetings – To agree dates of meetings 2025-2026.

13. Clerk's Employment – To confirm contract and remuneration of Clerk.
