Number of Parish Councillor to be elected ONE

1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, at The Portal, Wellington Road, EllesmerePort, CH65 0BA between 9am and 5pm on any working day after the date of this notice but no later than 4pm on Friday, 19 September 2025.

2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the office of the Returning Officer, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA, during the times stated above. Please call 01244 977084 to arrange collection.

3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 16 October 2025.

4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on
Tuesday 30 September 2025. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

5. New applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 0BA by 5pm on Wednesday, 1 October 2025. You may apply online or down load a form at https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-voteor call the Elections Team on 01244 977084.

6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire,CH65 0BA by 5pm on Wednesday, 8 October 2025. Applications can be made online:
